Stress Awareness and Management Course

Who is it for?
This course is  aimed at individuals and those who employ and
manage people.

Length of Course:
One day session ( 6 hour duration)

Course Content:
  • The reasons we feels stress
  • The symptoms of being stressed
  • How to identify what is making you stressed and how you react to pressure
  • Ways to reduce stress
  • The effects of stress on employees and consequently on business/ organisation
  • How to recognise an employees who is stressed and at risk
  • Understand how your management style may need to be flexible at times and strategies to utilise
  • Understand employment law and best practice ways of dealing with stress in the work place
 ​Course Delivery:
This course will be delivered by Angie Sykes, The Stress Manager.
Angie has unique insight into the effects of stress as she has worked in HR for over 20 years and is also a qualified therapist specialising in stress, anxiety and depression. She has practical and hands on experience of dealing with stress and employees and will be sharing this on the course.

Hand outs will be provided through out the course.
