These series of Marketing workshops can be attended as a single event or as a series to maximise all round knowledge. Each workshop will last for 3 hours and takes a typical business issue faced by many small to medium sized operations and helps you develop a strategy for dealing with it.

If you’re a small to medium sized organisation, marketing is often the last element on the list of things to attend to, especially as the business is coming in anyway without it. But for any company owner or director wanting to grow their business a marketing strategy is an essential requirement. A decent marketing plan helps align the marketing to the business goals and objectives and gives direction to the activities used across a given time frame as well as keeping things within budget.
