Bookings should be made by telephone to one of our staff members-please ask for Clare, Sue or Sam.

When making a booking please ensure that you have the following information available:

• The name of organisation the booking is for
• Invoice address
• A contact name and telephone number
• An e-mail address
• Number of people
• Refreshments/Food requirements
• IT facilities required
• Start/Finish times including tea/coffee breaks if any
• Any special requirements

We will then confirm the booking details and costs to you by post or email. Please check and sign this confirmation form to show that the details are correct and post or deliver to the Centre with a cheque for the full value of the booking.

A receipted invoice will be posted to you once payment has been received.
